via the autobahn A9 - take the exit "Munchen Schwabing" / Olympiapark
- go on the "Mittlerer Ring" (Petuelring)
- stay on the right road trace of the "Petuelring" (passing the ARAL petrol station) do not drive into the "Petueltunnel"
· turn right at the traffic light into "Leopoldstrasse"
· turn right at the big traffic light cross-way into "Domagkstrasse"
- after 500m you will find PARKHOTEL***SCHWABING on your right hand side
from Stuttgart / Salzburg
via the autobahn A8 on the motorway circuit A99 in the direktion to Nurnberg / airport via the autobahn A9
- follow the direction to Munich- take the exit "Munchen Schwabing" / Olympiapark
- go on the "Mittlerer Ring" (Petuelring)
- stay on the right road trace of the "Petuelring" (passing the ARAL petrol station) do not drive into the "Petueltunnel"
· turn right at the traffic light into "Leopoldstrasse"
· turn right at the big traffic light cross-way into "Domagkstrasse"

from Garmisch / Lindau
via the autobahn A95 / A96 to the motorway end on the "Mittlerer Ring Nord"
- direction Olympiapark "Garmischer Straße"
- "Garmischer Strasse" turns into "Landshuter Allee"
- turn right in direction to Nurnberg A9 on the "Georg-Brauchle-Ring" (on your right hand side = Olympiapark)
- it turns into Petuelring you will get to the "Petueltunnel"
- take the tunnel-exit "Leopoldstrasse"
· turn left at the traffic light into "Leopoldstrasse" (on your right hand side = Commerzbank)
· turn right at the big traffic light cross-way into "Domagkstrasse"
- after 500m you will find PARKHOTEL***SCHWABING on your right side
